Custom Beef

We sell at $6.00 per pound hanging weight. Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after the animal has been killed, gutted and head and hide removed. The carcass is then hung for 2-3 weeks prior to cutting. You are able to make choices in how the meat is cut - how thick your steaks, size of your roasts, size packages for ground beef, stew or kabobs. Any cut you don’t want can be ground for you. Recent hanging weights have been 250-150#. We require a deposit of $200 on a quarter and $500 on a side.

Custom Pork

We sell at $4.00 per pound hanging weight. We only sell half or whole on the hog. Recent weights have been 90# per a side.
